For years I’ve wanted to establish a “small-business hotline” so that small business owners could obtain quick and easy answers to basic business problems. The idea is to share with small businessmen the knowledge that I’ve gained in the 35 years that I’ve practiced law, through the convenience of a quick phone call or email. Because I’ve been a small business owner myself, I have practical knowledge and experience—I’ve weathered many a storm.
Of course, the idea isn’t to give a complete and thorough legal analysis of problems in a quick phone call, as that is rarely possible. However, basic problems can be isolated out and addressed, and then studied for a more thorough understanding of the situation. A consultation with me will address issues you may be having, after which we can look at the practical solutions available.
This is my dream: to provide the small businessman with real-life solutions to everyday problems, in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
With that in mind, I’ve created a special phone number for my “small-business hotline”. You are free, as a small businessman, to call this line at any time. I guarantee I will answer your call within 24 hours, and give you whatever perspective can be gained, in that quick phone call.
Of course, many business problems are more complex and will take more time (and money) to solve. Nevertheless, if we can get a start on your problems in a quick call, we can relieve anxiety, form a game plan, and “get to work”. This can be highly productive for both the small businessman and the business counselor such as myself.
Naturally, there are some business problems for which I’m not the “ultimate expert”. In those instances, I’m happy to refer you to competent counsel, many of whom I know personally.
If you would like this kind of assistance, please do not hesitate to give me a call at this phone number: (317) 759-4191. I look forward to talking with you, and helping you solve your problems—allowing you to move towards a brighter future.
While I welcome all calls regarding general legal theory, please keep in mind that I’m licensed only in the states of Indiana and Colorado. Therefore I may not be able to help you with solid legal answers, and would recommend contacting local counsel in your area.
